Montco Mama’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of Montgomery County-based Black and Brown birthing people, infants, and their families. Montco Mamas is an initiative powered by Maternity Care Coalition and the Montgomery County Maternal and Early Childhood Consortium. What does their program implement? A data-driven approach rooted in values of community, education, and support.
